The BWGC Elder God is a high-gain monster. With a bridge measuring in at 15.5k DC resistance on the bridge and 8.5k on the neck and Alnico 5 magnets loaded in both positions, this set is absolutely crushing. With ample amounts of low-mid grind, a biting midrange and articulate high end response, the Elder God set will sate your needs for extreme metal.

Our Pathos pickup model lives up to its name by bridging the gap between our Dirt Wizard and Elder God pickup sets. It's a medium output bridge (12.0k DC Res) and a low output vintage-oriented neck pickup (8.0k DC Res). The wind style combined with the A5 bridge magnet and A2 neck magnet come together to produce an extremely expressive pickup with the touch sensitive dynamics of a lower output pickup with the ability to really scream when you dig into the strings.

If extremely touch sensitive dynamics and clean and mid-gain tones are your bag, the BWGC Dirt Wizard is going to be your ticket to tonal paradise. Designed as a hot PAF-style pickup with a modern tinge. The low output wind (8.5k bridge and 7.75k neck, DC Res) combined with A5 bridge magnet and A2 neck magnet make for a pickup that has a tight bottom end, a smooth midrange, and a clear and present top end.

Neo Mod Review #1 | Neo Mod Review Neck - Bridge
Neo Modern Product Demo

The BWGC Neodymium Modern pickup offers a unique blend of characteristics for a high output pickup (15.0k for the bridge and 12.0k neck, DC Res). This model has extremely powerful output, as expected from permanent magnets, but also an extremely dynamic pick attack. The pickups are very balanced tonally, with tight bass, fluid midrange, and clear, articulate top end.

For more of that tasty neodymium magnet flavor, we developed the BWGC Neodymium Vintage pickup model. Using the same magnets as the Modern version, the Neo Vintage has cooler coils (8.5k bridge, 7.75k neck), and reacts a little more similarly to a traditional pickup. Bright, clear, and a little looser in the bass compared to the Modern, the Neo Vintage is a great way to try a new flavor in your guitar without venturing too far into modern territory.

Alnico Modern, death metal

The BWGC AlNiCo Modern is a terror. Perfect for applications such as black or death metal where you need extreme amounts of clarity to pierce through crushing walls of amp gain, this is your pickup. Featuring Alnico 5 magnets and a unique construction methodology, the 16k (bridge), 12k (neck) provide that fundamental-strong tone with tons of clarity needed to grind corpses or navigate a northern European forest in the winter.
